By visiting the website at redondobeachinsulation.com, contacting us for a quote, or engaging Redondo Beach Insulation to perform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our website or services. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available at redondobeachinsulation.com/terms-and-conditions.
Redondo Beach Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services in Redondo Beach, CA and surrounding areas. Services include, but are not limited to, spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, wall insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and insulation removal.
All services are performed by trained technicians in accordance with applicable building codes and California state regulations. Service availability may vary based on project scope, location, and scheduling.
Written estimates provided by Redondo Beach Insulation are based on the information available at the time of the on-site assessment. An estimate is not a binding contract until a written agreement or work authorization is signed by both parties.
Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during the work differ materially from what was observed during the estimate visit - for example, hidden moisture damage, pest activity, or structural access issues not apparent at the time of assessment. We will communicate any changes to the scope and cost before proceeding with additional work.
All estimates and prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and do not include permit fees unless explicitly stated in writing.
Scheduling is subject to crew availability. We make reasonable efforts to honor agreed-upon dates and time windows. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee if materials were ordered or crews were dispatched specifically for your job. Any applicable cancellation fees will be communicated at the time of scheduling.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or work authorization for each project. For most residential jobs, payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks may be subject to a returned check fee.
For larger projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling. The deposit amount and terms will be specified in the written estimate. If a project is cancelled by the customer after a deposit has been paid and materials have been ordered, the deposit may be non-refundable to the extent of costs already incurred.
Overdue balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by California law. We reserve the right to pursue collection of unpaid balances through legal means, including recovery of reasonable attorney fees where permitted by law.
Where required by local ordinance or California law, we will obtain the necessary building permits on your behalf before commencing work. Permit fees, when applicable, are the responsibility of the property owner and will be itemized separately in the estimate.
The customer is responsible for informing us of any HOA rules, deed restrictions, or lease restrictions that may affect the work before the project begins. We are not responsible for violations resulting from HOA or lease restrictions that were not disclosed to us prior to the start of work.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If a defect in our installation is identified within one year of project completion, we will return to correct it at no charge, provided the issue results from our work and not from subsequent damage, misuse, or conditions outside our control.
Manufacturer warranties for materials used in your project are separate from our workmanship warranty and are subject to the terms set by the manufacturer. We will provide documentation for any applicable manufacturer warranties at the time of project completion.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by water intrusion, pest activity, structural movement, fire, or other events unrelated to the original installation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Redondo Beach Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, or damage to property not directly related to the scope of work.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
